Positive Behavioral Intervention and Support (PBIS)
In an effort to ensure all students at Curtis Elementary are provided with needed support, we have created the form, "Parent/Guardian Request for Student Assistance".
Parents and Guardians, please fill out the form whenever you feel support is needed. The Tier 2 team will review the form, make contact with the parent/guardian, and take one of the following steps:

- Coming up with strategies, interventions, and/or a support system for the particular situation
- provide resources to assist with the situation
- refer student/parent to other resources to assist with the situation
